Bring an extra bottle of water for this 60 minute Power ryde! Hang onto your handle bars and RYDE STRONG! All levels are welcome… advanced riders will be elevated to the next level.
TEAM RYDE
For the inner-cyclist in you!! This ryde focuses on heart rate training, cadence, time trial intervals and race days. Heart rate monitor highly recommended.
